We request that the Defense Department be tasked with drawing up plans and executing air drops of food, water and medicine within the boarders of Syria. This to be accomplished with or without the help of N.A.T.O. and/or coalition forces - perhaps including The Russian Federation. This is for humanitarian purposes and should be made clear we are not supporting either side but are providing aid to the people of Syria.
