This is a request to disclose how often the congress and the senate have given themselves a pay raise..

I just wish to know how often they have given a pay raise to themselves back when the Constitution was written going to the congress was seen as a duty not as a job they coveted.
I have looked at the statistics but I can not find any thing with the amount or how many times they raise their pay.

I kinda wish the people had a say in what they make, as in we can vote if they get a raise if that was the case we may be able to get them to work together more in stead of sticking to the parties they know. I believe if we they would get off their high horse and talk to each other they may get some work done.
