On Friday, 29 July, the Clinton campaign's emails were hacked by Russians (http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-cyber-democrats-investigation-exc-...). The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953) prohibits such behavior. We request that the DOJ indict Donald Trump for violation of the Logan Act.
