In an unusual and highly disappointing move, the U.S. Department of State (DOS) issued a revised October 2015 Visa Bulletin. The most significant change is that the dates for filing in EB2 category for India have been moved backward to from July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2009
For many workers (whose I-140 was already approved) the date of filing I-485 became current based on Original Visa Bulletin issued on Sep 09, 2015. Now all such workers will end up loosing all the money spent on preparing their applications. Not only huge money but also all the efforts and time they spent in preparation of filing will also go in vain.
Therefore, We request Department of State to move the "dates of I-485 filing" back to July 1, 2011 as announced in original Visa Bulletin dated Sep 09, 2015.
