: Request to ensure that electronic items in Gautemala which harm the entire human population do not ever exit

I have heard strange audio multiple times. According to the audio ‘there are electronic items in Gautemala which harm the entire human population. The death toll because of these electronic items crosses many billions each year in all countries. The strange audio itself is from such electronic items.’
Kindly verify and ensure that
1. electronic items that harm any human being never exist
2. data that harm any human being never exist
3. programmes that harm any human being do not ever exist
