President's Obama's administration should request every American company to hire at least 10 people to minimize unemployment. And if possible please ask companies to keep jobs in the United States as opposed to outsourcing them to foreign countries. In the long term if we don't get a handle on outsourcing Foreign entities will own American businesses and ultimately our economy. Perhaps His Administration can create a small benefit for companies that move jobs back to America and for those who hired 10 new people.
Part II: Minimize the cost of Basic Life Needs like Food, Electricity, Gas, Property Taxes. In Texas we are paying $1000- $1270 a month electric utility bills. Property Taxes are also very high . More foreclosures will come without jobs, higher taxes and utilities.
