The people of Puerto Rico, even from different political view belief than Mr Oscar Serrano, belief he has served a prison sentence for the crimes he commit that exceed the time far beyond what is humanly deserved.
Mr Serrano was sentenced to express his political views and belief. Many Puerto Rico Inhabitants don’t agree with his actions, but most believed, that his jail time has been enough; when every day we see criminals using legal loopholes to avoid jail and continue committing crimes.
At his age, Mr Serrano's family deserve to have him back home.
Mr President, we respectfully request an Executive Pardon on behalf of Mr Serrano .
