The Federal Bureau of Investigations has issued a report entitled, 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment. In it the subculture and musical fan group know as Juggalos is listed as a hybrid gang. This classification is false and detrimental to the more the 1,000,000 fans of the group ICP, as it restricts there ability to gather for shows or social events and adds gang affiliations to law abiding citizens.
While we agree that there are crimes committed by juggalos, we disagree that there is a criminal network for this purpose or that being a juggalo is the reason these crimes are committed.
We ask that the Obama administration request the FBI reevaluate and remove this classification as it is detrimental to a public that does not deserve the ramifications of the label.
