We ask that the United States Federal Government allow the States of Montana and Wyoming to seced from the United States of Ameica.
We would allow the two states mentioned above to leave the United States and let all citizens in the United States who wanted to Secede move to the two states. All citizens leaving the United States for the one new country would have to pay a moving tax to all citizens of Montana and Wymoning who did not want to secede so that they could move to one of the 48 other states.
After which the new country is created the United States treat the new country as a threat to national security and place strict sancations and an embargo on the new country as to lessen any possible future threat to the United States of America.
