Request of Global High Authority of Social Media Users (GHA-SMU)

Seen the way anyone can be connected to social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, IMO, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc...) And can post anything anyhow that sometime without any justification or required preliminary survey or investigation creating positive/negative impact on life human being or a people of countries, we request the Creation of a Global High Authority of Social Media Users. This Authority will be created and be allowed to be implemented in all countries of the world where internet is be using. So every users should get an unique User ID no that will be used to be connected to any social media anytime anywhere. So none will use numbers of others countries to be connected to whatsapp, etc.... So it will be easily to complain against x or y when any social media has been felt offended.
