Gonzalo Curiel, the Judge overseeing the Trump University lawsuit, is a member of La Raza, an organization that has long been questioned of being a racist group. Former Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-CO) referred to the group as the "Latino KKK". As a known fact, peaceful Trump supporters have been attacked and harassed in almost all recent Trump rallies all over the country, and most of the attacks are fueled by similar racist and hate groups. Curiel is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, which has called a boycott of all of Trump business ventures. Thus, Curiel also bears a conflict of interest in any case associated with Trump. The general public has a valid reason to request Gonzalo Curiel, member of both La Raza and HNBA, to be removed from the judge position.
