china has been using the unfounded wine-dashed line to claim ownership the entire East Sea (South China Sea ),which has absolutely nolegal basis.China has been ignoring the international law and the world comunity and using that nine-dashded line to harass smaller countries in the region .On May,02,2014 China place oil rig HD-981 in Vietnam's Eclusive Economic Zone with a flotiila of so miltary ships to ships,and the United States has great interest in freedom of navigation in the East Sea.Peace will have a better chance to survice in the East Sea.If the president of the United States weight in the East Sea problemand the request that China stop its provocation beligenrent acts.
