Federal empoyees receive retirement contribution matching from the government up to 5% of their base pay, shouldnt military members that serve in war and defend the freedom of our nation deserve the same benefit.
The first 3% of federal employees base pay is matched dollar for dollar, the next 2% is matched 50 cents on the dollar. For military members that care about their future and want to create a better future for themselves, the government should care enough about them and help contribute to their future.
