BP is taking the damages suit resulting from the Gulf oil spill to the Supreme Court. Both the Honorable Justices Scalia and Alito have children who work for the law office which represents BP. Because of this conflict of interests, these two Justices must recuse themselves from this case. More information about this situation is available online.
