The proposals of legislation presented by State Senator of California Dianne Feinstein are in direct contradiction and violation to the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. Senator Dianne Feinstein's hypocritical stance on gun control is both disgusting and repulsive. Contrary to the popular belief of there only being three branches of Government, (Legislative, Executive, and Judicial), We the people are in fact the fourth branch of Government. Where the Government’s power of checks and balances are derived from the gavel, We the people reserve the right to keep and bear arms and that right shall not be infringed, as it is our power of checks and balances. We the people regard this blatant and undignified attack on our Second Amendment an act of treason and punishable by impeachment.
