Request in independent council to settle,once and for all the birth place and education of President Obama

Since President Obama's introduction as the junior Senator from Illinois, the citizens of the United States and the world have regarded the man as mysterious at best. We request an independent council to settle once and for all who this President is. In matters of personal disclosure, we do not feel that the President is exempt (Executive Privilege) particularly from some very direct and meaningful questions the two main being: 1) What is your country of origin and 2) Any and ALL institutions of primary,secondary and higher learning. These could be administered through a simple polygraph test, as it possible to create ANYTHING on the internet and through the media these days.We feel that this would greatly increase the confidence and trust of the American people in their President.
