Requesting non partisan support to investigate possible signs of election machine tampering in at least three states. Several experts in computer science are reporting possible signs that election results in at least three states may have been digitally manipulated by a third party. The request is not on behalf of or in support of any candidate but in support of the integrity of U.S. Elections which represent the very foundation of our democracy.
J. Alex Halderman contends that the risk of a hack is so high, the mere discrepancy between the polls and the Election Day results in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan is enough to justify a recount.
