State boards of elections and other non-governmental organizations have reported increasing problems in this year's presidential primary elections. This includes cases of voter purges, registrations improperly changed or deleted, problems with voting equipment, and other types of voter suppression and electoral misconduct. There have also been consistent discrepancies between exit polls and official outcomes of a degree as has, in the past, been considered evidence of intentional electoral fraud.
We call on the President to immediately request observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (or other internationally recognized neutral agency) to monitor the remaining presidential primary elections, caucuses, party conventions, and general election.
