We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Request the IRS to conclude without finding of wrongdoing any tax audits of Donald J. Trump or The Trump Organization.

Created by R.S. on August 13, 2016

Given the unprecedented refusal of a presidential candidate to refuse to release their tax returns (which has not occurred since 1976) due to the excuse of being audited by the IRS; We the People do hereby request that the President formally request that the IRS terminate without finding of wrongdoing any tax audits of the private citizen Donald J. Trump, the The Trump Organization, or any subsidiary or holding of Donald J. Trump. This shall extend to the filing years of 2000-2016, and be contingent on the release of his tax returns for public review prior to the date of September 30th, 2016. The people of the United States deserve to see the tax filings for the candidates of any party for President of the United States prior to election day, with ample time to review the documents.
