Robert Irsay (father of current owner Jim Irsay) left Baltimore in secret in 1984, taking with him the rich history of the Baltimore Colts. Leaving literally overnight, the Colts devastated the citizens of Baltimore. Though not illegal, his actions were unethical and damaging to a city. By transferring the titles from Super Bowl V and other championships, Irsay can help to mend these wounds between two cities.
