Request the Judicial Conference to investigate removing Scalia from the bench due to many racist/discriminatory comments

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia recently suggested while hearing an Affirmative Action case that African American students aren't as smart as white students. This is just the latest in a long line of bigoted and/or racists statements made by him about African Americans and members of the LGBT community. No Supreme Court Justice should hold racists views towards anyone. He corrupts the credibility of the court and openly discriminates against and disenfranchises millions of Americans with his shameful views and judgements. With so many clearly racists statements he has made clear that he should not be sitting on the bench of the Supreme Court.
