Request the Justice department to sue the credit reporting agencies in order to reduce credit reporting errors

The justice department is suing S&P for $5B and charging that it defrauded investors by issuing ratings it knew to be misleading. The credit reporting agencies know they make a lot of mistakes with our credit reports and do very little to fix them. Why isn't the Justice department suing them?
