This is extremely important because apps and programs people download today have a lot of permissions when you download them. Some more than others. This proposal would force developers to make it clear to their users that they are collecting personal data such as GPS locations or if they have keyloggers. This would also force them to allow their users to opt out of three days mining while still being able to have functionality in the app/program. Finally, the developer must make it clear what the data being mined, if any, will be used for and anything outside of that will be illegal and the developer will be held liable. An example of data mining that users are not aware of is the popular Pokemon Go app, which had been receiving a lot of media attention because of this among other things.
