Request the Mexican Govt. release Marine Vet Jon Hammar who is being illegally held for potential ransome since August

Marine Veteran Jon Hammar was traveling to Costa Rica via RV and while crossing the US-Mexico border he filed paperwork with US border officials for his antique shotgun then mere feet from the border he took that paperwork to Mexican officials who arrested him because his 24 inch barrel shotgun was one inch too short and is being held for "smuggling illegal weapons" into Mexico. Jon is being held at CEDES prison, a prison where the most violent members of the Los Zetas and Gulf Cartel are jailed and this American Vet is chained to his bed. While being held since August he has received multiple death threats and if that wouldn't be bad enough he also suffers from PTSD from serving in Afghanistan. Please keep in mind the hundreds of millions of dollars our government sends Mexico each year.
