Recent studies have indicated that there may be a massive issue with performance enhancing drugs within collegiate sports, and the existing drug testing policy of the NCAA is clearly inadequate. As such, the White House should formally request that the NCAA test all NCAA champions for performance enhancing drugs, and any positive testing should result in immediate banning from the sport and loss of championship title.
