We believe the NRA should start taking some responsibilities that come with the 2nd Amendment. While we believe the Comprehensive School Safety program is a good idea for now, it does not provide a long-term solution. The NRA like to do a lot of suggesting for others such as people should dodge bullets or perhaps get out of the way of a crazed gunman, but the NRA has not been held accountable. The NRA should start exercising some of this accountability by providing at least 33% of their membership earnings as funding to the Comprehensive School Safety, National School Shield program or any other security program that would require civilians being shielded in a public place from a rain of bullets by crazed gunmen if the NRA want less addt'l restrictions on buying and owning firearms.
