The People request the Boston Police, FBI, and Federal Goverment to provide proof in the form of photographic and video evidence that clearly shows Dzhokar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev planting the two pressure cooker bombs in backpacks at the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013 and also further proof that these bombs within backpacks exploding after being placed by both the individuals.
