Given the recent events related to territorial and colonial condition of Puerto Rico where both the Supreme Court of the United States in the case Sanchez Valley on double exposure, the decision on the bankruptcy Creole which was declared unconstitutional and the creation of the Fiscal Control Board. It's clearly demonstrated that the final power over Puerto Rico lies with Congress. There is no such thing as shared sovereignty, bilateral Pact or improved ELA. There are only two options; Statehood or independence (in its forms of free association or sovereignty).
