Suspend all bonuses until such a time that EVERY Veteran claim in backlog is cleared and the The Department of Veterans affairs consistently can prove compliance and show that all new claims are being processed and adjudicated in no less than 90 days. The employees, Managers and executive level staff at the Dept. Of Veterans Affairs have not proven to the American people that they have attempted or will ever be able to repair the systemic culture of inaction and neglect. Not a single person should receive, actually fierce accountability and firing should be taking place.
