I am Biju Jose Vadaken,from Ahmedabad,Gujarat,India. I am cheated with fraud,forgery,and my livlihood is robbed today because of the fraud done by elite class of people here in Ahmedabad,Gujarat,India.
Being a common man and a catholic christian minority citizen of INDIA , i had approached the Gujarat University police Station,Ahmedabad,Gujarat,India for registration of FIR as it was cognizable offence committted against me and my my fundamental rights were violated.The application for FIR was done on 01-12-2014.But still no action has been taken.Such act violated the direction given by Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari vs State of UP where Supreme court has made it mandatory for police to register FIR in case of cognizable offence.Please Help for justice
