Benjamin Taylor of Ripley, WV has been charged with the first degree sexual assault and murder of 9 month old Emmaleigh Barringer.
The signers of this petition agree that life in prison is not an acceptable punishment for this kind of evil. Once convicted we request that he would not be given the comforts of prison life. He should be castrated and publicly hung for his crime.
