Dear Mr. President:
Please request a “Rapid Repeal” of the PPACA or strike it down by Executive Order.
I listened to all sides. I waited until it was passed, and underwent legal review to learn what was in it. It is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act {Obamacare (tax)}. I believe you have the best of intentions, but this is bad policy. This law is per SCOTUS, a massive, sneaky tax. I see tremendous interference and hardship, especially on the elderly and the poor. It gives too much power to the HHS Secretary and a panel. Sections 4304 and 3007 are examples.
