Request to redirect all funding which is being spent on building weapons of mass destruction amd expansion of wars.

I have been hearing stories of routine shootings, killings and violent crimes for many years which resulted in death of thousands innocent people over a period of time throughout the country. Government has failed to take action to address the underline causes of the problem because less affluent and poor constituents do not matter. Poverty, unemployment, poor medical treatment for mental illnesses and improper education may be some of the few underline causes which societies may not be able to ignore any more. We may be able to help poor neighborhoods transition into educated middle class if we are willing to redirect all funding which is being spent on building weapons of mass destruction, expansion of wars and homeland security department. Bigger middle class means higher tax revenue
