Request for a refund of fees paid to the INS for citizenship of those who legally applied.

Hard working immigrants who came to this country legally, paid their required fees, waited for often times years and studied hard to become citizens should be entitled to a refund of their fees paid, as the government grants amnesty and shields deportation of those undocumented immigrants who crossed the border illegally and broke our immigration laws. The government should reward those legally admitted resident aliens and citizens with a full refund of their fees paid to the U.S. Immigration Service. It is important the government reward those that follow the law, not those who do not.
