Request The Resignation Of Elected Federal Officials, Who Have Violated The Constitution And The Public Trust

Be It Therefore Then Petitioned; That any elected federal official; be it the President, Vice President, Senator or Representative who have been party to the passing of legislation or signing into law, of the unconstitutional and illegal legislation in the NDAA 2013 (Violation of Amendments 4, 5, 6, & 7) The Patriot Act Extension of 2011 (Violation of Amendment 4) or any who have called for, suggested, sponsored, co-sponsored, supported or affirmed any legislation or idea of legislation regarding the limitation, restriction, inhibition, usurpation or infringement of Amendment 2 of the Constitution for the United States of America, as such actions have both violated the public trust and violated their oath of office; should resign their offices effective immediately.
