Attorney General, Eric Holder, in approving and apparently overseeing the investigation into the Press, and filing with the Judicial Branch, a brief describing the practice of Journalism as "aiding and abetting", has forsworn his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. The First Amendment, of which, states, in part: [there will be no law] abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press...
While, technically what he has done may not be "Law", the exercise of DOJ in it's duty is the exhibition of de facto law. What the DOJ says is illegal, is illegal.
I implore my Executive Branch to dismiss this man from his position.
