Request Russia to repay $148 bln for goods and supplies received from America under lend-lease act.

Under lend-lease enacted March 11, 1941 Soviet Union received goods and supplies worth $148 bln in today's dollars. While repayment of the interest free loans was required after the end of the war under the act USSR, and then Russia, have never repaid the them.
In view of the bold violation of international law by Russia, and the unlawful occupation of Crimea, request Russia to repay the debt under lend-lease.
