As an investor in penny stocks on the OTC exchange Mr. Sykes name has come up plenty of times of being a source of illegal shorting activities with the help of paid subscribers of his website. I am not accusing Mr. Sykes of anything. I would just like the SEC to review his trading practices to determine he is following all the appropriate rules.
