As Congress under republican leadership failed either to take up Comprehensive Immigration reform or to do piece meal reform, we are requesting Obama to keep his promise to sign administrative fix for Employment based immigration Visa.
We have been legally in United States for more than 10 years and are waiting in queue for our turn as each year limited Visa's are available per country limitation.
Some of them also have Master's degree and still waiting in queue. We have already sacrificed our careers being in queue. We have contributed enormously to the economy by working hard and still paying taxes.
Our request is to consider all of us(EB3/EB2 Categories) to issue Green card to those waiting here for long time with I-485/140 approvals. This will really help us to plan future effectively.
