Speaker John Boehner has not been effective in dealing with the fiscal issues facing our nation and he did not allow for a vote for relief for those suffering as a result of the damage a caused by Sandy on the East Coast. Given his inability to work effectively in the House and as Speaker a petition should be delivered to him requesting he resignation.
