STOP wasting time arguing to have or have not guns or questioning the 2nd amendment - The States need to provide security guards and or Police Personnel and or a Volunteer Force for the protection and security of all Public and Private Schools. Effective Immediately. President Obama should offer an emergency Student Security fund to all States until which time they; the States; as mandated, are able to add this cost to their budget.
