Request to stop Child Stealing.

We the people of the United States of America ask to seek reasonable limitations on Dept of Health and Human Services, Particularly the Branch known as Child Protective Services. It is in agreement that this branch has repeatedly used its power beyond the scope of “child protection” that have both exceeded the limits of “family and or Parental” harassment. They have set boundaries of law but do not follow them they act often as if they “are above the law”. We peoples of the United States of America ask you to curb the child stealing of Child Protective Services, to seek out fair and controlled order to the why and how a child is removed from his or her family and how this it can be prevented in incidence with minor infractions.
