Request that the Supreme Court investigate and challenge Kansas House Bill 2453, which allows segregation of LGBT people

Created by F.C. on February 13, 2014

Kansas House of Representatives passed a bill, which will go on to be considered by the state senate, allowing for individuals, groups and businesses to deny service to gay and lesbian couples and individuals if "it would be contrary to their sincerely held religious beliefs", noting that this discrimination must be "related to, or related to the celebration of, any marriage, domestic partnership, civil union or similar arrangement.”
