Request the Supreme Court review the case of the Connecticut teenager forced to undergo chemo therapy.

Created by D.W. on January 08, 2015

The Connecticut Supreme Court upheld a prior ruling that a 17-year-old cancer patient cannot refuse chemotherapy treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma. The court removed the minor from the parents’ custody due to not agreeing with their decision to find alternative treatments.

Essentially the Connecticut Supreme court has taken away a 17 year from her family, confined her to a hospital room, and is forcing her to undergo surgery without her or her families consent. This is the definition of a tyrannical government and is a direct violation of an individuals civil rights and liberties.

I request the executive branch intercede and make a public recommendation to halt this action. Furthermore, the Supreme Court should review this case and rule immediately.
