request that the Supreme Court revisit all cases concerning the concept of Corporate Personhood.

Created by D.W. on January 16, 2013

The President shall ask the Supreme Court to reconsider all cases involving the concept of Corporate Personhood. If a corporation is to be allowed the rights of a person, it must also be required to meet the obligations. It must be subject to the same criminal prosecution and punishment as a person in regard to incarceration (placing the corporation into the control of the government) and execution (liquidation of the company). In addition, any corporate officer in a position of responsibility must be prosecuted as an accessory before and after the fact for any criminal action taken by a corporation, since a corporation does not have independent decision making capability.
