Request the supreme court of the Unites states of america to take action of checking and balancing the three branches.

The Congressional and executive branch has overstepped their legal bounds granted to them by the us constitution, in the event of a government shutdown this year 2013. we the people request the supreme court of the untied states of america to check and balance the congressional and executive branch, and hold accountable and thoroughly investigate the congressional branch's ability to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities granted to them by the us constitution and their willful disregard of their oath to office as set forth by congress in 1884.
further more we request the ability to have an immediate vote to recall and replace the congressional branch with more capable personnel to effectively preform the duties of their post which is not forced but taken by will.
