We are gamers who purchased the computer video game 'The Division' from Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. Recently, the dominance of hackers/cheaters in the 'dark-zone' made the game totally unplayable. Bearing legitimate players spend hours and hours in this game and their efforts and sweats are being abused by these hackers/cheaters. Despite limitless request, Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. did not face up to the problem. Not only they did not try to make an effort to protect their consumer's experience, they also do not seem to care about our consumer's rights. We here by request Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. to face up to the problem and make an effort to embrace their consumer's experience in 'The Division'. We bought the game hoping it to be amazing and fun, not a game that is unplayable.
