1) Rutgers University of New Jersey is obligated to answer the Embassy of Malaysia in Washington DC regarding the repatriation claim for the Poor Family of the Innocent Malaysian Deceased PhD Student, and Rutgers had forgot their promise to do the said claim for the parent of the deceased student since August 19, 2013. at Rutgers New Brunswick Office.
2) In this circumstances, are we, a poor innocent people of the third world, not entitled to grant a response from White House Administration and President Obama when we see the Rutgers University of New Jersey totally ignored the application of repatriation claim from the family of the Deceased.
