In an effort to keep the government in operating form and to ensure the confidence of the American people in their government officials, we simple request an immediate popular state vote of no confidence for any US Senator that does not have a 51% or higher approve rating in that state. Additionally, this consensus would be taken each 6 month period and a vote would then occur. Any Senator that does not keep a 51% approval or higher would not be able to run for that office for 4 years.
