This Act is to create a regulated and legal industry of the Genius Cannabis Plant. New established rules, guidelines and penalties of the locality, State, and Federal Governments to collect fees sales & service tax. This act authorizes localities, State, and Federal law enforcement and Authorities to enforce aspects of Cannabis law and that he Genius Plant is a United States natural resources, no conflict with the constitution of America
